At Body and Mind Collective, we believe that healing is most powerful when it’s integrative, restoring every part of you: mind, body, and spirit. As a trauma-informed therapy and wellness practice, we offer personalized care through modalities like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Yoga, Sound Healing, and many other mind-body practices. We honor that healing is not one size fits all, and we collaborate with trusted wellness professionals in the community to help you access the most aligned and supportive care for your unique path. Services are offered both in person and virtually, with space for out-of-state coaching, immersive retreats, and meaningful healing experiences wherever you are.
